Delivery & Returns


All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Subject to stock availability and payment we aim to process all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.

All orders are fully tracked and should you have any questions at any point, please get in touch with us.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £300.

Please note: As a small business with limited stock, we are unable to process any online or postal orders for more than two different sizes of a single item.

At the moment, we are able to ship to:

Order Fulfilment

In the unlikely event that a purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:

  • Cancel your order and we will refund you
  • Choose an alternative that we have in stock
  • We can despatch your order as soon as we receive the replenished stock

Taxes & Duties

If purchasing outside of the UK, you may incur custom duties and VAT depending on your location. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.  

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.

Returns

We hope that you'll love your purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of order, with the returns form enclosed. All items must be returned in perfect condition* - new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

Please check your order upon delivery and notify us promptly (and in any event, within 24 hours) if your item is defective, damaged or does not conform to your order, so that we can evaluate the issue.

*Some products are excluded from returns: final sale discounted items (e.g. faulty & sold as seen), skincare & beauty, pierced jewellery and intimates.

Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier Service and obtain a postage receipt as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us.

Exchanges

Please note that unfortunately we currently can not offer exchanges, due to the fast-moving nature of our stock. Instead, we ask that you return your item in the normal way and make a new purchase.

Refunds

Once we have inspected your item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per our Returns Policy, we will process your return request.

We aim to process all return requests within 1-4 days upon receipt. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (7-14 business days) for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
